Barnes & Noble Book Signing

My very first signing at a Barnes & Noble! I’m looking forward to meeting new people and chatting about the writing process and about ‘Grains of Sand’

Check out the Facebook event, and come see me Saturday, April 8th from 12-4pm in Lansing, Michigan!

I lost my words

On a windswept castle
Perched above a glittering village
A volcanic wind blew through our hair
And smelled of forgotten words

This is an excerpt of a poem from Grains of Sand. To read the full poem, you can download the book via Kindle or purchase the paperback from Amazon.

Limnian Sunset

This breathtaking view was about 100 meters high on a cliff overlooking the sea. From up here, when the sun was JUST right, you could actually see Mt. Athos on the mainland. Limnos is a Greek island just off the Turkish coast, and has been discussed as far back as Homer.IMGP0554
